摘要
介绍了排气歧管材料的更新过程,根据不同的排气温度,采用的材料有普通灰铸铁、w(C)量高的灰铸铁、西拉尔铸铁、铁素体球墨铸铁、高w(Si)量的铁素体球墨铸铁、蠕墨铸铁、Si-Mo球墨铸铁、高Ni奥氏体球墨铸铁、铁素体耐热钢、w(Ni)量较低的奥氏体耐热钢、高Ni-Cr奥氏体耐热钢等;目前内燃机排气歧管所用的主要材料有蠕墨铸铁、Si-Mo球墨铸铁、加V的Si-Mo球墨铸铁、奥氏体球墨铸铁、耐热钢等。最后指出生产耐热钢排气歧管必须严控化学成分,保证熔炼时钢液充分脱O,同时采取底注浇包的浇注工艺。
The renovation process of materials used for exhaust manifolds was introduced.According to the different exhausting temperature,the following materials were adopted: normal gray iron,high-carbon gray iron,silal cast iron,ferrite nodular iron,high-silicon ferrite nodular iron,vermicular iron,Si-Mo nodular iron,high-Ni austenite nodular iron,ferrite heat-resistant steel,austenite heat-resistant steel with relatively lower Ni content,high Ni-Cr austenite heat-resistant steel,etc.At present the materials used for internal combustion engines mainly include vermicular iron,Si-Mo nodular iron,Si-Mo nodular iron with V addition,austenite nodular iron,heat-resistant steel,etc.It was pointed out that it's necessary for the production of the heat-resistant steel exhaust manifolds to strictly control chemical composition,to insure full deoxygenation of the steel liquid during the melting process and to adopt the bottom pouring ladle to pour the castings.
