合成铸铁技术应用于发动机缸体

摘要 介绍了采用合成铸铁技术试制微车发动机缸体的情况,包括炉料配比、增碳剂的选用以及增S工艺的应用等。试制结果改善了铸件的石墨形态,提高了力学性能,同时还改善了机械加工性能,提高了经济效益,降低了生产成本。 The experiment on using synthetic cast iron process to produce cylinder block of mini bus engine was introduced including melting charge mixture ratio,selection of carburants as well as the application of sulphurizing process,etc.As the result,the graphite morphology has been improved,mechanical properties were increased,and at the same time,machinability was improved,economic benefits were enhanced and the productive cost was reduced.
