摘要
分析认为C14T球铁凸轮轴的凸轮表面的磁痕现象是因石墨漂浮而引起的,提出预防措施为:严格控制碳当量、适当降低浇注温度、合理使用冒口和放置冷铁。
It was considered that the magnetic mark on the cam surface of C14T ductile iron was caused by the graphite floatation,and its prevention measures were proposed as follows: strict controlling the carbon equivalent,proper decreasing pouring temperature,rational using risers and setting chills.
