摘要
分析认为C14T球铁凸轮轴的凸轮表面的磁痕现象是因石墨漂浮而引起的,提出预防措施为:严格控制碳当量、适当降低浇注温度、合理使用冒口和放置冷铁。
It was considered that the magnetic mark on the cam surface of C14T ductile iron was caused by the graphite floatation,and its prevention measures were proposed as follows： strict controlling the carbon equivalent,proper decreasing pouring temperature,rational using risers and setting chills.
