编程性细胞死亡(program m ed celldeath,PCD)在脑发育过程中起重要作用,为认识PCD在生后脑发育过程中的发生规律,对大鼠生后不同时间脑内神经细胞PCD进行研究,结果显示:P1 天大脑皮层、白质、海马及基底节区可见TUNEL阳性细胞,P7 天达到高峰,P14 天急剧下降,P28 天PCD细胞基本消失。反映PCD是大鼠生后脑发育中神经细胞死亡的重要方式,主要发生在生后头4 周。
Programmed cell death (PCD) plays an important role in brain development. In order to recognize the occurring regularity of PCD in postnatal brain development, neural cell PCD were studied at different time of postnatal development of rat brain.The results are as follows:The TUNEL positive cells were seen in the cortex,white matter,hippocampus and basal ganglion at P1. The peak of number of PCD cells were at P7. The number of PCD cells decreased significantly at P14. PCD cells disappeared at P28.The results suggest that PCD is an important mode of neural cell death during postnatal brain development.It occurred within postnatal 4 weeks.
