摘要
为判断中枢一氧化氮（ＮＯ）对射乳反射的影响，以乳内压变化为指标，观察了脑室注射ＮＯ供体Ｌ－精氨酸对授乳大鼠反射性与诱发性射乳的影响。结果发现，Ｌ－精氨酸对吸吮刺激所诱导的反射性射乳具有明显的抑制性作用。提示，中枢ＮＯ确实对射乳反射中枢具有抑制性作用。
In order to clarify the central effect of nitric oxide(NO) on milk ejection reflex,by measuring intramammary pressure the effects of intraventricular injection of NO donor and L arginine on the ejection of milk in lactating rats were observed.The results showed that L arginine significantly inhibits the ejection of milk induced by suckling stimuli,suggesting that central NO inhibits milk ejection reflex located at the center.
