创伤后内耳毛细胞再生、修复和影响因素

摘要 创伤后的毛细胞再生提示有三种模式:支持细胞的再生性增殖;支持细胞的种分化;损伤毛细胞的修复。在哺乳动物前庭系统中,损伤毛细胞的种分化和修复起重要作用。而在鸟的基底器,损伤的毛细胞则由支持细胞的再生性增殖和种分化所取代。胰岛素、胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)和成纤维细胞生长因子促进鸟内耳毛细胞的再生和修复。上皮生长因子、转化生长因子α、胰岛素、IGF-1 和IGF-2 对哺乳动物内耳迷路的再生和修复是重要的。 Three modes of hair cell renewal following injury were suggested:regenerative proliferation of supporting cells;transdifferentiation of supporting cells;and repair of damaged hair cells.In avian basilar papilla,damaged hair cells are replaced by regenerative proliferation and transdifferentiation of supporting cells,while in the mammalian vestibular system,transdifferentiation and repair of damaged hair cells play significant roles.Insulin,insulin like growth factor 1 (IGF 1),and fibroblast growth factors increase avian regeneration and repair of inner ear hair cells.Epidermal growth factor,transforming growth factor α,insulin,IGF 1 and IGF 2 are important for regeneration and repair in the mammalian labyrinth.
