采用4℃冷晶体高钾停搏液灌注后持续氧合血灌注,共完成心脏手术97例.术后心脏自动复跳率高,无严重低心排综合征及严重心律失常发生,说明氧合血灌注的心肌保持效果优于单纯晶体停跳液灌注。

The postoperative automatic re-beating rate is high, and there arent serious low cardiac output syndrome and cardiac arrhythmia, which indicates that oxygenated blood perfusion is superior to isolatd crystalloid perfusion in myocardial protection.
