310例心脏瓣膜替换术临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 310 Cases of Valve Replacement

对310例心脏瓣膜替换术的手术技术、麻醉、体外循环、心肌保护以及近期和远期死亡原因进行分析.结果近期死亡14例占45%.死亡原因占首位的为心律失常和低心排,其次为感染和肾衰;远期死亡9例占29%.原因占首位的为栓塞和感染,其次为严重低心排、心律失常和抗凝过度大出血.结果表明心肌保护是手术成功的关键。

Discussions were carried out about the anesthesia, surgical technique, CPB, myocardial protection, early and late death causes of 310 patients who had valve replacement. Myocardial protection is very important in VR. The early mortality rate was 4 5%, cardiac, LCO, infect and renal dysfunction are the common causes. The reasons for the late death of the 9 cases were cerebral embolism, infection and cardiac arrthymias. Anti-coagulation is very important for increasing survival rate.
