改进型磁流变液制动器设计与分析 被引量:3

摘要 对传统盘式磁流变液制动器提出了改进措施,并对其设计方法进行了分析研究。磁流变液制动器是利用磁流变液的抗剪切屈服应力产生制动力矩,在屈服应力不变的情况下增大接触面积可以提高制动力矩。在传统盘式磁流变液制动器基础上,提出了一种增大其接触面积以增加其制动力矩的改进方法,讨论了力矩传递模型,利用电磁场有限元分析法研究了电磁特性,最后进行对比实验,实验结果验证所提方法的有效性。
