医患双方对医疗知情同意书意见的调查

Investigation on Doctors and Patients' View on Medical Informed Consent

目的探讨医患双方对医疗知情同意书的意见,以期为修改医疗知情同意书提供参考依据。方法收集不同等级医院的医疗知情同意书进行分析。采用自制的调查问卷对某医院100名医生和100名患者进行医疗知情同意书意见的调查。结果医患双方在医疗知情同意书的性质、过程、签署及改进方面的差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论临床现行医疗知情同意书仍有许多方面不能达到医生及患者的要求,且绝大部分的医生及患者均认同知情同意书应采取全国统一格式。

Objective To collect the doctors and patients＇ views on medical informed consent with a view to providing clinical evidence for revising the medical informed consent. Methods Medical informed consents in different levels of hospitals were collected. A self-designed questionnaire was adopted to investigate the views on the medical informed consents in 100 doctors and 100 patients. Results Significant differences were detected on nature, process, signing and improvement of medical informed consent in both doctors and patients（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The existing informed consent can not fulfill all the requirements of doctors and patients. And the vast majority of doctors and patients agree that informed consent take a unified format.
