摘要
目的:探讨饮用口服补液盐和苏打水补液预防运动时发生横纹肌溶解症的作用。方法:入伍新战士60名随机分为2组,每组各30名。同时进行3000m越野,过程中给予不同补液方法,A组饮用白开水,B组饮用口服补液盐加苏打水,然后在运动结束时对2组战士的生化指标等进行对比。结果:所有生化检测,钾、钠、氯、钙、磷、肌酐、尿素、尿酸、GPT、GOT等指标的水平两组无显著差异,但B组的血清肌红蛋白、肌酸激酶和乳酸脱氢酶水平均低于A组,且有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运动时饮用口服补液盐和苏打水可能对预防横纹肌溶解症有一定效果。
Objective: To study the effect of oral rehydration salt water and soda water on preventing exertional rhabdomyolosis.Method: Sixty soldiers were divided into two groups randomly and underwent 3000 kilometers running.When they running,Group A drink cool water,group B drink oral rehydration salt water and soda water.After finishing the running,their blood biochemical changes were evaluated.Result: The level of muscle hemoglobin,creatine kinase and lactic dehydrogenase in group B were lower than that in group A significantly(P0.05).Conclusion: Drinking oral rehydration salt water and soda water in exercise maybe can prevent exertional rhabdomyolosis occurring.
