美托洛尔和依那普利联合应用对慢性心力衰竭的治疗观察

Observing the Therapeutic Effect of Metoprolol Combined with Enalapril on Chronic Heart Failure

目的:探讨美托洛尔联合依那普利对慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将60例慢性心力衰竭的患者随机分为两组,每组各30例。对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用美托洛尔联合依那普利治疗。结果:治疗组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗前后,治疗组的LVEF的变化较对照组显著(P<0.05)。结论:美托洛尔联合依那普利治疗慢性心力衰竭可显著改善患者的临床症状和体征,治疗效果显著。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of metoprolol combined with enalapril on chronic heart failure.Method： 60 cases of patients with chronic heart failure were divided into two groups.In the control group,30 patients were treated by conventional therapy.In the therapeutic group,30 patients were treated by metoprolol combined with enalapril followed the conventional therapy.Result： The total effective rate of therapeutic group was higher than that in control group（P0.05）.The variation of LVEF was significant in the therapeutic group before and after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion： Treating the patients with chronic heart failure by metoprolol combined with enalapril can improve the signs and symptoms,the therapeutic efficacy is significant.
