自拟爽腑汤联合西药治疗结肠冗长症的疗效观察

Observation on the Effect of Combined Treatment of Shuangfu Soup and Western Medicine in Treating Cases with Redundant Colon

目的:探讨自拟爽腑汤联合西药治疗结肠冗长症的临床效果。方法:将我院结肠冗长症患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规西医综合治疗措施,在此基础上观察组给予自拟爽腑汤联合西药治疗,评估两者治疗效果。结果:观察组患者排便间隔、便质、排便费力及使用泻药积分明显优于对照组,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为93.33%,对照组为66.67%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均无明显的治疗副反应产生。结论:中西医结合治疗结肠冗长症的疗效明确,安全性高,值得应用。

Objective： To investigate the effect of combined treatment of Shuangfu soup and western medicine in treating cases with redundant colon.Method：60 cases with redundant colon were divided into the observing group and the control group.The two groups received the western medicine treatment,and the observing group received the treatment of conbined treatment of Shuangfu soup and western medicine.Result： The scores of defecation intermission,stools quality,defaecation exertion and usage cathartics in the observe group were fewer than those in control group,and there were significant difference in them（P0.05）.The total effective rate was 93.33% in the observe group and 66.67% in the control group,and there was significant difference between them（P0.05）.There was no significant side-effect in the two groups.Conclusion： The effect of combined treatment of Shuangfu soup and western medicine in treating cases with redundant colon is obvious and the side-effect is few,so they are worth being used.
