干细胞因子在毛囊上皮细胞中的表达

目的：为了解毛囊上皮细胞在体内是否表达干细胞因子（ＳＣＦ）。方法：本文采用免疫组化和原位杂交技术，对毛囊上皮细胞中的干细胞因子表达情况进行检测。结果：编码干细胞因子的基因在毛囊上皮中部的局限区域表达特别明显，在毛囊上下部位的上皮表达则明显减弱，二者之间有显著差异（Ｐ＜ ０．０５）；而干细胞因子蛋白则在毛囊上皮细胞中普遍表达，说明干细胞因子在毛囊上皮中的表达，在分子和蛋白水平是有区别的。结论：毛囊干细胞可能定位于毛囊上皮的中部区域。

Objective: To determ ine whetherthe hairfollicle epithelialcellsexpressthestem cellfactor (SCF) in vivo. Methods: The expression of SCF in the folliclular epithelium was detected w ith im munohistochem istry and in situ hybridization. Results: The expression ofthe gene encoded SCFshowed strong intensity in the region ofm idpointofhair follicle. However, the expression ofSCFofhair follicle epithelium at protein level was identical but weaker as com pared with that of the gene expression. Conclusion: The expression ofSCFin hairfollicle epithelium is differentatprotein and gene levels.
