摘要
阐述了重金属离子对林木生理生化的影响、林木吸收重金属的根际效应和林木富集重金属的分子机制,提出收集和筛选重金属富集能力强的树种,加强林木分子生物学与基因工程技术研究将是今后的研究热点。同时,应该关注林木根圈在污染土壤修复中所起到的重要作用。
This paper summarizes the effect of heavy metal on physiological and biochemical characteristics of forest trees,the rhizosphere effect of heavy metal absorption and the molecular mechanism of heavy metal accumulation in forest trees.To collect and select forest tree species with high ability of accumulating heavy metal and to strengthen studies on techniques of molecular biology and genetic engineering of forest trees will be the research hotspots.At the same time,the rhizosphere of forest trees plays an important role in phytoremediation of contaminated soil,which should be more conceded.
