鼓室成形术238耳临床疗效分析

Evaluation of tym panoplasty: A reportof 238 ears

目的：探讨鼓室成形术的类型和手术疗效。方法：对鼓室成形术２３８耳的病例类型、手术类型和手术方法进行了分析。结果：经１～５ 年随访，修补鼓膜完全成活２２９ 耳，成功率为９６．２１％ ，再穿孔９ 耳占３．７９％ 。听力提高１０～１５ｄＢ１７２耳，占７２．２６％ ，提高１５～３０ ｄＢ４３耳，占１８．０７％ ，无提高１８耳，占７．５６％ ，听力轻度下降５耳，占２．１１％ ，听力提高总有效率为９０．３４％ 。结论：适应症选择恰当，技术熟练，鼓室成形术会获得良好的效果。

Objective: To determ ine the types oftympanoplasty and explore their therapeutic efficacy. Methods: The disease types, surgicaltypes and surgicalm ethods in 238 ears were analyzed. Results: A 1- to 5-year follow-up showed that 229 ears were cured and reperforation occurred in 9 cases. The postoperative hearing was as follows: an im provem ent of 10～15 dB for 172, 15～30 for 43, no im provem entfor18and slightdepression ofauditusfor5. Conclusion: Tym panoplasty IIIissuitableforthe patientsw ith chronic otitism edia. The postoperative resultsare highly dependenton skillfuloperation and carefulselection ofcases.
