摘要
在引信循环温度应力筛选试验中,需要对不同温度应力下引信进行装定,然后检测引信的返回数据,并根据检测到的数据判断引信是否失效.引信应力筛选多通道试验系统包括一个主从系统和一个PC机,可以同时对多个引信进行数据的装定和检测,通过上位机的可视化软件编程汇总下位机检测到的数据,将不合格引信筛选出来.实验表明,该系统稳定可靠,工作效率高,且具有可扩展性.
In the whole process of temperature-circle stress filtration test, the fuze is set under the different temperature and stress, and the returned data are detected to judge whether the fuze is invalidated. Multi- channel fuze stress filtration test system includes a master- slave communication system and a PC computer, which can set and detect the data of multiple fuzes simultaneously, and gather the returned data from the slave computer using visualization software. The experiment shows that the system has high reliability, efficiency and scalability.
