摘要
位于甘肃西部的河西地区,既是古代丝绸之路的重要通道,也曾一度有过一定规模的桑蚕养植和丝织业生产。考古和文献资料表明,河西的桑蚕丝织业始于两汉,发展于魏晋,兴盛于隋唐,宋元以后走向衰落。
Hexi area,located in the west part of Gansu Province,is not only an important channel of Silk Road,but also had once possessed the cultivation of the mulberry,silkworm and silk to a certain scale.Archaeological documents indicate that the mulberry,silkworm and silk of Hexi area can be traced back to the Han Dynasty,developed in the Wei-Jin Period,reached its peak in the Sui and Tang Dynasties and declined after the Song and Yuan Dynasties.
