摘要 DHCR和HCR技术使炼钢、连铸和热轧工序相对独立的传统生产工艺成为一体化生产系统。针对DHCR和HCR的工艺特点,提出了一种包含批量计划模块、作业调度模块、作、№调整模块和动态调控模块的体系结构。批量计划模块完成一体化生产计划的编制;作业调度模块形成生产时刻表;作业调整模块在发生设备故障和生产异常时快速调整作业计划;动态调控模块动实时监控从转炉至轧线整个生产过程的计‘划执行情况和物流情况,并进行生产状态判断,实现物流、温度和生产节奏的匹配。 With the use of DHCR (direct hot charging rolling) and HCR (hot charging rolling) technology, the three relatively independent traditional production processes such as refining, casting, and rolling technology has merged into an integrated system. According to the process characteristics of DHCR and HCR, a system architecture which includes batch program modules, task scheduling modules, task adjusting modules and dynamic control modules is proposed in this paper. Batch program modules are responsible for the working out of integration of production planning, and task scheduling modules result in task schedule, and task adjusting modules focus on adjusting task plans when equipment failed to work or products become abnormal. Dynamic control modules monitor the implementation of plan and logistics condition of the entire production process from converter to rolling line real-timely, and judge the status of production to match the logistics, temperature, and rhythm.
