毕节学院特殊教育发展研究

Bringing into the Full Play of Resources Advantage,Making Special Education a Brand Major

《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010——2020年)》把特殊教育作为八大教育发展任务之一,第一次在国家教育规划中将特殊教育单列一章,进一步将特殊教育纳入国家教育事业改革和发展大局之中,充分体现了党和政府对残疾人教育的高度重视。通过对毕节学院打造特殊教育品牌专业对毕节试验区高等特殊教育之重要性分析,探讨了毕节试验区经济社会实现可持续发展、构建和谐社会过程中,特殊教育学校师资以及学生就业目标定位等问题,提出了毕节学院抓住机遇充分发挥学校优势资源,积极发展特殊高等教育和大力发展特殊教师教育,将特殊教育打造成为富有特色、省内一流、在国内同类高校中有影响的学科专业,更好地为毕节试验区经济和社会发展服务,实现毕节试验区高等特殊教育发展历史性跨越的思路。

In Planning Outline of National Medium-term and Long-term Education Reform and Development 2010-2020, the special education is regarded as one of the eight education development duties, and it first appears as a single chapter in national education plan, becoming a general situation of national education reform and development and showing a great attention to education for the disable by our party and government.Analysing the significance of making higher special education a brand major of Bijie university to special education of Bijie experimental region, this paper probes into the qualified teachers and targetlocation of students employment of special education in the process of realizing a sustainable development of Bijie experimental region and building the harmonious society, proposing that Bijie university should grasp the opportunity to bring into the full play of the advantageous resources and actively develop higher special education and education for special teacher, making the special education a major of feature, first-class of the province and influencing in the same kind of university of the country, serving better the economy and social development of Bijie experimental region and realizing the thinking for historical leap of higher special education development of Bijie experimental region.
