摘要
目的研究11种石蒜属植物鳞茎中加兰他敏含量的差异。方法以活性成分加兰他敏为指标,采用HPLC法测定加兰他敏含量。结果不同品种石蒜中加兰他敏含量有明显差异,其中中国石蒜鳞茎中的含量最高。结论该研究为石蒜属植物资源的深入开发利用提供了一定的科学依据。
Objective To study on the content of galanthamine in the bulbs from 11 species of Lycoyis.Methods Contents of galanthamine were determined by HPLC.Results The contents of galanthamine varied significantly in different species of Lycoyis,and the contents of galanthamine from Lycoyis chinensis was the highest among the 11 species.Conclusion This study provides reliable scientific foundation for the further development and utilization of Lycoyis in China.
