摘要 目的研究灰薄荷(Mentha vagans Boriss.)精油的化学成分。方法通过水蒸汽蒸馏法提取灰薄荷精油,并利用GC-MS对精油化学成分进行了分析。结果从灰薄荷精油中分离鉴定出20种化学成分,占总精油的97.1%。其中含量较高的为辣薄荷烯酮氧化物(Piperitenone oxide,68.5%)、桉树脑(1,8-Cineole,13.5%)和月桂烯(β-Myrcene,2.1%)。结论分离鉴定了灰薄荷精油的主要化学成分。 Objective To study the chemical components of essential oil from Mentha vagans Boriss..Methods The essential oil was extracted from Mentha vagans Boriss.by steam distillation,and the chemical components of essential oil were analyzed by GC-MS.Results 20 components were identified which composed of 97.1% of the total essential oil including piperitenone oxide(68.5%),1,8-cineole(13.5%) and β-myrcene(2.1%).Conclusion The main chemical constituents of Mentha vagans Boriss.were identified.
