摘要
目的考察白矾炮制前后微量元素变化情况。方法对各地生品、炮制品进行ICP-MS分析,比较白矾炮制前后的微量元素变化。结果白矾炮制前后Al、Mg、Ca、Zn的含量均非常高,Fe的含量也相对较高,其次是Ba、Ti、Cr,而Hg、Cd、Co、Sn、Sb、Bi的含量均很低。炮制后Fe、Mn、Cr、Co、Ni、Mo含量均增加。结论该方法准确度高,灵敏度好,简便快捷,可用来考察白矾炮制前后微量元素变化情况。
Objective To investigate the change of trace elements in Alumen before and after processing.Methods Comparing the trace elements in alumen before and after processing from different processed products and its crude by the method of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Results Both before and after processing,the content of Al,Mg,Ca and Zn in alumen were high,and the content of Fe,Ba,Ti,Cr were lower,At the same time,the content of Hg,Cd,Co,Sn,Sb and Bi were the lowest.However,after processing,the content of Fe,Mn,Cr,Co,Ni,Mo increased.Conclusion The method was accurate,simple,and could be used to investigate the change of trace element in alumen before and after processing.
