摘要
目的考察虎杖药材中白藜芦醇、白藜芦醇苷的最佳提取工艺。方法采用HPLC法,以白藜芦醇、白藜芦醇苷为指标,通过单因素实验及正交试验确定从虎杖中提取白藜芦醇、白藜芦醇苷的最佳工艺。结果虎杖药材的最佳提取工艺为:70%乙醇25倍量,加热时间为120 min,辅助超声25 min。结论该实验确定的最佳提取工艺稳定性好且简便易行。
Objective To study the optimum extraction process of resveratrol and polydational in Polygonum cuspidatum.Methods The extract conditions of resveratrol and polydational from Polygonum cuspidatum.Sieb.et Zucc were investigated by using the orthogonal design with resveratrol and polydational as index,which was determined by HPLC.Results The results showed that the optimum extract conditions of resveratrol and polydation from Polygonum cuspidatum sieb.et Zucc were as follows: 25times amount of 70% ethanol,heating for 120 min,auxiliary supersonic wave treating for 25 min.Conclusion The optimum extraction process was stable and simple.
