摘要
目的考察用合煎、分煎方法制备的厚朴温中汤汤剂中和厚朴酚含量的变化。方法建立高效液相色谱方法,采用Diamonisl C18柱(5μm,200×4.6 mm);流动相为甲醇-水(70∶30);流速1 mL/min;检测波长为294 nm。分析厚朴温中汤合煎液和分煎液样品中和厚朴酚的含量变化。结果厚朴温中汤分煎液中和厚朴酚的平均含量等于合煎液中和厚朴酚的平均含量。结论分煎液与合煎液比较,两种煎液中和厚朴酚的含量无差异性。
Objective To investigate the contents of honokiol in hejian decoction(mixed the traditional Chinese herbs together,then boiled them with water) and the fenjian decoction(boiled the single traditional Chinese herb with water separately,then mixed together) of Houpu Wenzhong Tang.Methods The HPLC method was established with a Diamonisl C18 column(5 μm,4.6×200 mm),a mobile phase of MeoH-water(70∶30),a flow rate of 1mL min-1 and a detection wavelength of 294nm in order to determine the contents of honokiol.Results The average content of honokiol of the fenjian decoction was equal to that of the hejian decoction.Conclution There was no significicant difference between the content of honokiol of the hejian and fenjian decoction by comparison.
