板蓝根药材及颗粒中总有机酸含量测定方法研究

Determination of Total Organic Acids in Isatidis Radix and Granule

目的建立板蓝根药材及其颗粒中总有机酸含量的测定方法。方法板蓝根药材、颗粒以70%乙醇回流提取或分次溶解后,通过SA-2阳离子树脂消除氨基酸干扰后采用直接电位滴定法测定总有机酸的含量。结果板蓝根药材中有机酸含量>1.67%(以水杨酸计),板蓝根颗粒中有机酸含量为0.10%～0.32%(折合生药后含量),水杨酸加样回收率为98.43%～101.09%。结论该法可以作为板蓝根中总有机酸质量控制方法之一。

Objective To establish the method for determining the total organic acids in Isatidis Radix and granule.Methods After extracting from the materials and the preparation by 70% Ethanol,remove amino acid interference with the SA-2 cation exchange resin before determinating the total organic acids by direct potential titration.Results The TOA in the materials is above 1.67%,while 0.10%～0.32% in the average preparations,recovery rate is 98.43%～101.09%.Conclusion The method could be used as quality control for the preparations and the materials.
