哮喘豚鼠脊髓内CGRP免疫反应的定量分析 被引量:1

摘要 应用免疫组织化学和显微图像分析方法,对16 只哮喘豚鼠C7~T5 节段脊髓后角内的CGRP免疫反应产物进行了定量研究。结果表明,哮喘豚鼠C7~T5 节段脊髓后角内CGRP阳性反应纤维的密度大大高于正常对照组和实验对照组(P< 0.01),平均灰度值明显低于正常对照组和实验对照组(P< 0.01)。本研究结果提示,C7 ~T5 节段脊髓后角内的CGRP可能参与支气管哮喘发病的病理生理过程。本实验结果为进一步探讨哮喘发病的中枢机制提供了一定的形态学依据。 Calcitonin gene related peptide immunoreactive fibers (CGRP IR) was analyzed quantitatively in dorsal horn of C 7~T 5 spinal cord in 16 asthmatic guinea pig by means of SP immunohistochemistry combined with micro image analysis system. The results showed that the density of CGRP IR in dorsal horn of C 7~T 5 spinal cord of the asthmatic guinea pig was much higher than that in the normal control and experimental control groups (P<0.01), the average grey value in the asthmatic guinea pig was lower obviously compared with that in normal control and experimental control groups (P<0.01). These results indicate that CGRP in the dorsal horn of C 7~T 5 spinal cord might contribute to the pathogenesis of asthma, and might provide a theoretical basis for further exploration of pathogenesis of asthma and the treatment of asthma with antagonist and receptor inhibitor of CGRP.
