四步除锈法在消毒供应中心的应用及评价

Evaluation of "four-step corrosion elimination method" in central sterile supply center

目的最大限度的减少各类器械的锈蚀,提高器械的再使用率,降低医院感染的发生。方法采用对比的方法,试验组器械采用四步除锈法除锈,对照组器械采用传统的方法清洗除锈,观察两组器械的除锈效果。结果使用四步除锈法清洗除锈的器械除锈效果明显高于传统清洗除锈方法组,止血钳除锈率提高15.0%,持针器提高30.0%,艾力斯钳提高20.0%,组织剪提高20.0%,吸刮头提高20.0%,镊子提高16.0%。结论医院消毒供应中心的四步除锈法对防治医院感染,延长器械寿命,降低人力、物力等综合成本方面具有重要的意义。

OBJECTIVE To maximatily diminish the corrosion of medical apparatus and instrument,and elevate the reuse rate of them to decrease the incidence of hospital infection. METHODS The effect of two methods was compared,one group of medical apparatus and instrument were used the ＂four steps corrosion elimination method＂ to eliminate the corrosion of them（test group） and another group of medical apparatus and instrument were used the traditional method（control group）.The effect of corrosion elimination of the two groups was observed respectively. RESULTS The test group′s effect of corrosion elimination was significantly higher than the control group（P0.2）. CONCLUSION The ＂four steps corrosion elimination method＂ of our hospital disinfection and provision center has great significance on prevent hospital infection,increasing in life span of medical apparatus and instrument,saving the manpower and technique price etc several aspects.
