Strengthening nursing management to effectively prevent nosocomial infections

目的改善医院的护理管理,预防与控制医院感染。方法总结护理工作中导致医院感染的各种危险因素,探讨相应护理管理对策。结果健全医院感染管理的护理指挥系统,加强护理管理,提高护理技术操作水平,规范护理行为,可有效预防医院感染。结论采取有效地护理管理措施,对预防和控制医院感染的发生起着不可或缺的作用。

OBJECTIVE To improve the nursing management,and prevent and control hospital infection. METHODS The risk factors of hospital infection in nursing work were summarized,and the nursing management strategies for effectively prevention and control were explored. RESULTS These measures such as establishing a comprehensive hospital nursing management system,improving the level of technical operations and regulating nursing actions can effectively prevent the hospital infection. CONCLUSION It plays an essential role in prevention and control of the occurrence of hospital infection.
