目的探讨一次性医疗用品的质量管理,加强一次性医疗用品的使用安全。方法对一次性医疗用品在计划申购、验收入库、仓储管理、发放环节、相关知识培训和检查督促等环节实现了全面管理及质量跟踪。结果既保证了所供应物品的品质,确保临床使用安全,又减少积压,降低仓储成本;通过质量跟踪,将及时发现的问题反馈给生产厂家,便于产品质量的持续改进。结论一次性医疗用品的有效管理是医疗护理安全的重要保证,是构建和谐医患关系的纽带。

OBJECTIVE To study on quality management and strengthens the medical security of disposable medical articles. METHODS Supervised on overall process of disposable medical supplies,including purchasing,inspection and acceptation,warehousing management,service condition,knowledge training and supervision. RESULTS It endeavored to achieve the following objectives,the quality of disposable medical products,the medical security of clinical treatment,reducing overstocked products,reduction of cost,improving the quality of disposable medical products by sending feedback to manufacturing company in time. CONCLUSION The result shows that the effective management is an important guarantee for the security of medical treatment and nursing,at the same time it works as a bridge which constructs a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.
