从红茶菌培养液中提取出抗菌蛋白。该蛋白对金黄色微球菌表现出杀菌作用,但并非溶菌作用;对数期及稳定期的菌体对其有一定的抗性。蜡样芽孢杆菌的营养体较芽孢体对抗菌蛋白的作用更敏感。
An antibacterial protein was extracted from tea fungus culture.It demonstrates bactericidal action that differs from cell-lysis on Micrococcus aureus.but the cells in their logarithmic and stable phase are somewhat resistant to it.As for Bacillus cereus ,its vegetative cells are more sensitive to this protein than its spores.
