动态磁共振排粪造影方法及诊断初步分析(附13例报告)

Methods and preliminary diagnostic analysis of dynamic MR defecography

目的探讨磁共振(MR)排粪造影的方法及其在排便功能障碍疾病诊断中的临床应用。方法回顾分析临床上有功能性排便障碍的13例磁共振排粪造影的影像表现。结果直肠前突8例,直肠内脱垂6例,盆腔脏器脱垂8例,盆底疝1例,会阴下降10例,盆底失弛缓征4例。结论磁共振排粪造影是诊断功能性排便障碍性疾病的一种有效检查方法,随着其发展完善,可以为临床诊断提供可靠的影像学依据,对指导临床选择相应的治疗方案具有重要意义。

Objective To discuss the MR defecography method and the clinical application in the functional defecation disorders. Methods The MR defecography imaging materials of 13 cases with functional defecation disorders were retrospectively reviewed. Among them, there were 12 female cases, aged 40-74 years old, average age 53.2 years, 1 male case, aged 47 years old. Results There were 8 cases with rectocele, 6 cases with internal rectal prolapse, 8 cases with pelvic visceral prolapse, 1 case with pelvic floor hernia, 10 cases with descending perineum, 4 cases with anismus. Conclusion Dynamic MR defecography is a effective method in diagnosing functional defecation disorders. With its well-developed, it can provide true image strategies for clinical diagnosis, and is a very important guide to the choice of a corresponding treatment.
