摘要
针对天广直流控制保护系统改造完成后发生的3次双极线路保护动作事故,剖析了直流线路突变量保护误动的原因,并基于天生桥换流站和广州换流站的实际录波和过程,结合突变量保护定值和整定原则,分析了导致突变量保护误动的影响因素,提出了防范措施和建议。实例验证结果表明,该措施行之有效,为直流控制保护系统国产化改造提供了参考。
This paper analyzes three bipole line protection accidents after the completion of the Tianguang high voltage direct current (HVDC) control and protection modification. According to the transient fault record in Tianshenqiao con vertor station and Guangzhou convertor station, the reason of DC line discontinuous variable protection fauh trip is given. And then the influence factors of discontinuous variable protection fault trip are analyzed by considering the threshold val ue of discontinuous variable protection and setting principle. Finally, the preventive measures and suggestions are pul for ward. The instance example results show that these measures are effective. Therefore, it provides reference for improve- ment of home--produced HVDC control and protection system.
