摘要
针对500 kV广南变电站投产验收中发现500 kV HGIS的梅花触头导位销断裂现象,对导位销进行了金相分析、应力仿真、振动试验,并分析了断裂原因。结果表明,开关多次操作振动导致了导位销金属疲劳发生断裂,建议开关设备型式试验与投产验收应增加振动试验及多次的开关操作,以检验设备整体的机械强度。
To increase attention to physical strength of parts and accessories, fracture of pins has been analyzed, which happened in Guangnan 500 kV HGIS chamber. In the process of a 500 kV substation test, pins of circuit-breaker contact systems have been broken. Through metallographic analysis, stress simulation and vibration test, the reason of pin fracture is found to be metal fatigue caused by close-open operation vibration. As a result, more close open operation is suggested to be taken in vibration test, in order to check physical strength of accessories precisely.
