摘要
在呼唤教育中关照学生生命体验的当下,却忽视了教师职业生活中的生命体验。回归生命体验的教师教育是促进教师内涵式专业化成长的关键和时代必然,具有主体性、实践性、整体性与超越性特征。借鉴美国"共同教与学"计划和"教学勇气项目",在职前教师教育中,创设真实的教育实践情境,引领教师生命体验,在职后教师教育中,转化消极体验,呵护教师心灵。
Researchers call for the life experience of students today,but ignore the loss of teachers' professional life experience.Teacher education of life experience is the key to promote the professional growth of teachers,and it is the time choice,has subjective,practical,holistic and transcending character.Base our exploration on American "common learning" program and "courage to teach" project,we may create experience situation in pre-service teacher education,and transform negative experience of teacher education in pro-service teacher education.
