摘要 为将泡沫技术成功地应用到纺织品染色中,首先分析了泡沫染色过程中的控制因素及其对染色效果的影响,然后利用Plackett-Burma(P-B)设计和中心组合设计(Central Composite Design,CCD)响应面方法进行泡沫染色过程的工艺优化。当活性红(DB150%)取2 g/L时,K/S值的优化工艺为十二烷基硫酸钠5 g/L,羧甲基纤维素钠1 g/L,海藻酸钠0.2 g/L,尿素20 g/L,碳酸钠3 g/L,氯化钠5.74 g/L,搅拌速度2 700 r/min,焙烘温度159℃,焙烘时间2 min。优化工艺的验证性和重复性实验结果表明,重演性和染色布样匀染性均较好。 In order to successfully apply the foam technology to the process of textile dyeing,the control factors in the process of foam dyeing and their effect on the results of foam dyeing were firstly analyzed.Then Plackett-Burma(PB) design and central composite design(CCD) response surface method were used to optimize the foam dyeing of cotton fabric,and the optimum foam dyeing process was thus obtained.When Reactive Red(DB150%) is fixed at 2 g/L,the optimization process of K/S is as follows: sodium dodecyl sulfate 5g/L,sodium carboxymethyl cellulose 1g/ L,sodium alginate,0.2 g/ L,urea,20 g/L,sodium carbonate 3 g/L,sodium chloride 5.74 g/L,stirring speed 2 700 r/min,curing temperature 159 ℃,curing time 2 min.Verification and repeated trial results showed that it has good reproducibility and imparts the fabric even dyeing.
