服装生产企业节能改造方案

Modification program for energy-saving for apparel manufacturers

针对服装生产企业高能耗的现状,分析了企业高能耗的原因,然后从照明节能、缝纫设备节能、熨烫设备节能3个方面探讨了节能降耗的有效对策与措施,并提出几种不同的改造方案,经过可行性分析、投资回收期计算等方面的综合分析找出最适合服装生产企业的改造方案。针对中小型企业缺乏改造资金,无力承担投资和技术风险的现状,提出采用国外比较成熟的合同能源管理方法,在不需要前期投资的情况下分享节能收益,尽可能降低企业生产成本,提高经济效益,从而实现服装生产行业清洁生产、节能减排的任务。

There is a deep concern over the present situation of high energy consumption in apparel manufacturers.This paper first analyzes the cause leading to the high consumption of energy and then discusses countermeasures in respect of illumination,sewing machine and pressing equipment.And accordingly several different reform programs are presented.After comprehensive analysis such as feasibility study,payback period and method and so on,an optimal innovation programs for apparel manufacturers is given.The difficulty comes into play for small and medium-sized enterprises in that lack of funds for energy transformation,inability to undertake the investment and technological risks.For this,the energy performance contracting method is suggested,which is quite mature abroad.According to the method,energy-saving benefits can be shared without first-phase investment.Therefore this method can reduce production costs as much as possible and enhance economic efficiency,thus realizing cleaner production,energy saving and emission cut in apparel manufacturers.
