针、片状骨料对自密实混凝土间隙通过性影响的量化分析 被引量:7

摘要 研究了不同的针片状颗粒含量、粗骨料体积用量、胶凝材料用量对自密实混凝土间隙通过性的影响,通过Design-Expert7.0软件建立相关模型,并采用曲面响应法进行量化分析。研究结果表明:当自密实混凝土含胶凝材料用量较多时,粗骨料的针、片状颗粒含量宜控制在8%以内;当自密实混凝土含胶凝材料用量较少时,粗骨料的针、片状颗粒含量宜控制在7%以内。 Combined with the variation of acicular content of coarse aggregate and binder content,a model of acicular content of coarse aggregate,binder content and passing ability of self-compacting was established by using the Design-Expert7.0 software.The effect of acicular content of coarse aggregate on passing ability of self-compacting was done quantitative analysis by using surface response method.The results shown that when the self-compacting concrete contained more binder content,the acicular content of coarse aggregate should be controlled within 8%;when the self-compacting concrete contained less binder content,the acicular content of coarse aggregate should be controlled at less than 7%.
