新型聚羧酸高效减水剂的合成及减水性能 被引量:1

摘要 采用多元共聚的方法合成了一种含有羧基、磺酸基、酯基功能性基团的新型聚羧酸系高效减水剂,利用红外光谱对其结构进行了表征。确定了最佳合成工艺:反应温度为85℃,反应时间为5 h,引发剂用量为总单体质量的3%,液体总浓度为30%。且该减水剂为不含氯离子和甲醛的环境友好减水剂。 The excellent polycarboxylate superplasticizer including carboxyl,sulfonic,functional group with multiple co-polymerizations ester was synthesized and the molecular structure was characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The best synthesis technics was that the reaction temperature was 90 ℃,the reaction time was 5 h,the initiator was 3% by the mass of all monomers,the liquid density was 30%.The newly synthesized polycarboxylate superplasticizer was friendly to the environment without Cl-and formaldehyde.
