摘要
为探究不同碱性化学试剂对矿渣、粉煤灰的活性激发效果以制备优质的地质聚合物材料,选取NaOH(NH)、KOH(KH)、Na2CO3(NC)、K2CO3(KC)四种常见的固态碱,以单掺、复合掺两种方式得到了10种不同类型的碱激发剂,并在不同碱激发剂的状态下制备了粉煤灰与矿渣的比值(Fly ash-Slag Ratio,FSR)为0.6、碱掺量(Alkali Content,AC)为6.0%、复合碱组分间的比例n=1.3、胶水比(Binder-Water Ratio,BWR)分别为2.8和3.2的两组净浆试件,测试了标准养护3、7、28 d的静态力学性能,并从综合性能、经济性两方面进行对比研究。结果表明:苛性碱与碳酸盐复合类作为碱激发剂在激发效果方面表现出了"超叠加效应",成功地解决这两类碱在单独作用时的弊端,能充分发挥矿渣、粉煤灰复合胶凝材料的潜在活性,相对地提高了利用率;从激发的综合性能的角度来讲,NH与KC复合碱方案为最优,但结合经济性评价,权衡性能和成本两方面因素,最佳碱激发剂配制方案为NH与NC的复合碱。由此可见,采用NH与NC复合碱组分可制备性能优越、经济的地质聚合物材料。
In order to explore the effect of different kinds of alkaline chemical reagents on slag and fly ash active stimulation,four kinds of solid alkaline,such as NaOH(NH),KOH(KH),Na2CO3(NC),K2CO3(KC)were selected to prepare ten types of alkali-activators by the methods of adding singly or together with others,under the conditions of different alkali-activators,Specimens were prepared with the value of Fly ash-Slag Ratio(FSR) 0.6,Alkali Content(AC) 6.0% and the proportion of composite alkali(n) 1.3,Binder-Water Ratio(BWR) 2.8 or 3.2,mechanical properties after 3,7and 28 days standard curing of pastes were tested,and contrast study was made from the aspects of synthetic performance and economy.The test result shows that alkali-activators prepared with caustic alkali and carbonate show "super-superposition reaction" in respect of active stimulation effect,which can resolve successfully the shortcoming when selecting caustic alkali and carbonate alkali singly,achieve the purpose of stimulating potential activation greatly,and improve utilization ratio;Form a synthetic performance point of view,the scheme of alkali-activator by mixing NH and KC is regarded as the best scheme,but when combining economic evaluation,weighing the factors of performance and economy,the best scheme can be the one of alkali-activators mixing NH and NC.Thus it can be seen that Geopolymer with excellent mechanics performance and low cost can be prepared using alkali-activator mixing NH and KC.
