教育大发展是图书馆发展壮大的历史机遇和条件，211工程是促进图书馆建设的巨大动力，数字校园是数字图书馆服务的强大载体，学校的支持是图书馆实力大增的保障，求实创新是图书馆发展的灵魂，科学管理是图书馆稳定高效运行的关键。70多年来，华南师范大学图书馆的建设始终与学校的前进、教学科研的需要紧密结合，走出了一条成功的发展道路。

For more than seventy years, the library of South China Normal University has been connecting closely with the development of the school and the need of teaching and research, and has blazed a successful way for its own development.
