靶向“肾-肝-脑”轴系统探讨督脉取穴对脑梗死跨神经元变性的影响

摘要 急性脑梗死(acute cerebral infarction,ACI)后的跨神经元变性严重阻碍神经功能的恢复,胶质细胞的增生以及由此引起的轴突损伤在跨神经元变性中起了重要作用;"肾-肝-脑"轴系统(肾虚,导致气虚血瘀,痰瘀阻络,久则化热,携肝风内动,上扰脑窍)是中风病急性期的核心病机,督脉通过经络与上述轴系统发生联系,在中风的发病及治疗中占有重要地位,合理地进行督脉取穴对脑梗死跨神经元变性有治疗作用。 The transneuronal degeneration impediments the recovery of neurological function seriously after acute cerebral infarction.It plays an important role that the proliferation of glial cells and axonal damage results from it in the transneuronal degeneration.The "Kidney-Liver-Brain"axis system(kidney deficiency,leading to qi deficiency and blood stasis,phlegm stagnation in collaterals,and become heat after long time,leading with liver-wind stirring to disturb the brain)is the core pathogenesis in acute stroke.It is important for DU meridians contacted with the aboving system through the channel in the pathogenesis and treatment of stroke.So,it may be play an important role in the treatment of transneuronal degeneration to carry out DU acupoints reasonably after acute cerebral infarction.
