肾间质纤维化中医病因病机的认识探讨

Research of TCM Etiology and Pathogenesis of Renal Interstitial Fibrosis

肾间质纤维化(RIF)几乎是各种肾脏疾病进展到终末期肾衰竭的共同途径。无论是原发性肾小球疾病或是肾血管及小管间质性疾病,肾功能的损害程度均与小管间质病变的程度密切相关,肾间质纤维化是以细胞外基质过度积聚和成纤维细胞的增殖为病理特点。近年的临床和实验研究表明,中医药防治肾纤维化具有广泛的前景,文章拟对肾间质纤维化的中医病名、脏腑病位、病因病机等进行详实梳理,以期对临床辨治本病提供参考。

Renal interstitial fibrosis（RIF） is a common way that almost all renal diseases progress to end-stage renal failure.Both primary glomerular disease or renal vascular and tubular interstitial disease,renal damage is closely related to the degree of tubulointerstitial lesions.Renal interstitial fibrosis is the excessive accumulation of extracellular matrix and the proliferation of fibroblasts as pathological features.In recent years,clinical and experimental studies have shown that TCM prevention and treatment of renal fibrosis has a broad prospect.This article systematicaly analyzed TCM name of disease,Zangfu-organs and disease location,etiology and pathogenesis and so on,in order to provide an important reference for clinical treatment.
