摘要
bclx 是bcl2 家族中的重要成员, 由于不同的剪接产生BclXL、BclXS、BclXγ三种同源蛋白. BclXL、BclXγ抑制凋亡, BclXS 促进凋亡. bclx 在细胞发育、维持机体平衡、肿瘤发生和预后中起作用. BclX 通过与Bcl2 、Bax 、Bad 等相互作用而实现对凋亡的调控.
bcl x gene is an important member of the bcl 2 multigene family.Three isoforms:Bcl X L,Bcl X S and Bcl X γ,are generated by alternative splicing .Bcl X L and Bcl X γ inhibit apoptosis. However ,Bcl X S enhances apoptosis. Bcl x plays a role in cell development,homeostatic balance, tumorigenesis and prognosis, which regulates apoptosis through interacting with Bcl 2, Bax, Bad and so on.
