ｂｃｌｘ 是ｂｃｌ２ 家族中的重要成员， 由于不同的剪接产生ＢｃｌＸＬ、ＢｃｌＸＳ、ＢｃｌＸγ三种同源蛋白． ＢｃｌＸＬ、ＢｃｌＸγ抑制凋亡， ＢｃｌＸＳ 促进凋亡． ｂｃｌｘ 在细胞发育、维持机体平衡、肿瘤发生和预后中起作用． ＢｃｌＸ 通过与Ｂｃｌ２ 、Ｂａｘ 、Ｂａｄ 等相互作用而实现对凋亡的调控．

bcl x gene is an important member of the bcl 2 multigene family.Three isoforms:Bcl X L,Bcl X S and Bcl X γ,are generated by alternative splicing .Bcl X L and Bcl X γ inhibit apoptosis. However ,Bcl X S enhances apoptosis. Bcl x plays a role in cell development,homeostatic balance, tumorigenesis and prognosis, which regulates apoptosis through interacting with Bcl 2, Bax, Bad and so on.
