摘要
介绍了磨粒流工艺的基本原理,对磨粒流新工艺在高压断路器用液压机构零件制造中的应用进行了探讨,论述了利用磨粒流工艺能有效的改善机构中各种缸体、阀体的加工质量,提高机构零件的精度,展望了磨粒流工艺在高压电器制造中的应用前景。
This article introduces basic principle of abrasive flow machining procedure (AFM), and the function that AFM is as a new procedure using in machining of the parts of hydraulic mechanism for HVCB. As well as this article discusses AFM can effectively improve the machining quality of every tank and valve, and enhances the accuracy of the parts for hydraulic mechanism. At the same time, forecasts the application prospect of AFM in HVCB hydraulic mechanism.
