摘要
通过对断路器控制回路故障类型的分析,说明了控制回路隐性故障的特点,同时结合该类故障特点对一隐性故障案例测试检修方法进行了论述,该方法具有明显实效性,可以实现故障迅速排查。同时对隐性故障原因进行了分析,归纳出关键问题,提出改进措施,对电气设备安全稳定运行可起到明显作用。
To enhance the efficiency of inspection and repair, fault types of control circuit of high voltage circuit breaker are analyzed, and the characteristics of hidden faults in the control circuit are described. A case study of the hidden faults inspection demonstrates the effectiveness and rapidness of the inspection and repair method. In addition, the main causes of hidden faults are analyzed, and corresponding countermeasures are offered.
