文中对河南郑州供电公司一起500 kV SF6电流互感器内部故障进行分析,判明事故原因为电流互感器内绝缘支撑件质量缺陷导致的绝缘闪络及制造过程中的机械损伤造成绝缘局部破坏导致内部放电,并对该类型电流互感器在制造、运输和维护检查中的若干问题提出了改进建议,目的是引起设备管理人员和厂家制造人员的重视,提高SF6气体绝缘电流互感器的可靠性。

According to analysis on the internal fault of a 500 kV SF6 insulated current transformer the paper illustrates the failure cause, which is the quality defects lie in the internal insulation spacer and mechanical damage during its manufacturing. Some improving suggestions are given to the SF6 insulated current transformer＇s manufacture, transportation and maintenance.
