摘要
以聚四氢呋喃醚、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、2-乙基咪唑为原料,合成了以2-乙基咪唑封端的聚氨酯,并用于改性环氧树脂E-44。利用傅立叶红外分析仪、示差扫描量热仪、拉伸试验机等手段对其与环氧树脂混合物的凝胶时间、固化温度、解封情况、拉伸剪切强度等性能进行了研究。结果表明,咪唑封端的聚氨酯可以在130℃下较好地解封,每10份E-44添加1.0份聚氨酯固化剂,可使E-44环氧树脂在160℃下150 s内凝胶,130℃下10 min内固化,拉伸剪切强度达到15.2 MPa,是一种良好的中温快速固化环氧粘合剂。
2-ethylimidazole terminated polyurethane was synthesized from polytetrahydrofuran glycol( PTHF), isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) and 2-ethylimidazole as raw materials. The terminated polyurethane used to modify epoxy resin E-44. The gelation time, curing temperature, the release temperature and tensile shear strength of the curing system were investigated by infrared spectrum, DSC and cupping machine. The results showed that the 2- ethylimidazole terminated polyurethane could be deblocked at 130℃ and participated in cure reaction. The epoxy resin system could gelatin in 150 seconds at 160℃, cured in 10 minutes at 130℃ with adding 1.0 portion polyurethane curing agent per 10 portion E-44. The tensile shear ance mesotherm rapid solidification epoxy adhesive. strength reached 15 MPa. It was a kind of good performance mesotherm rapid solidification epoxy adhesive.
