摘要
为了掌握微山湖底深部煤巷围岩应力场分布及变形破坏规律,结合典型工程地质条件,采用FLAC3D数值模拟研究了矩形和梯形断面在不同锚网支护方案时围岩应力分布特征和变形特点,模拟结果表明:巷道顶板塑性破坏范围较小,破坏形式以拉伸破坏为主,顶板变形量不大;两帮破坏范围较大,破坏形式既有拉伸破坏又有剪切破坏,变形量约为顶板变形量的2倍。根据模拟结果选取最优方案进行了工业性试验,矿压观测结果表明支护方案有效控制了围岩稳定。
In order to know the stress distribution and failure rules of surrounding rock in deep coal roadways under Weishan Lake,stress distribution characteristics and deformation features of surrounding rock were researched combined with typical geological conditions in different bolt-mesh support schemes with rectangular and trapezoid section using FLAC3Dnumerical simulation.The results showed the roof plastic failure zone was small and predominated by tensile failure,and the roof deformation was slightly;the rib's failure zone was larger and with both tensile and shear failure,and the rib's deformation was two times of the roof.The best scheme was chosen to be conducted industrial test,the result of mine pressure observation showed that the chosen scheme of support had controlled the stability of surrounding rock effectively.
