摘要
随着互联网的快速扩张和信息资源的迅猛增长,网络资源的采集和保存正日益引起许多国家的重视。论文选取丹麦、德国、法国、意大利、奥地利和英国六个国家为例,简要评述欧洲网络资源采集和缴存的立法情况。
As the rapid expanding of the Internet and the violent increase of information resources, the importance of collecting and preserving the online resources has been recognized by many countries. This paper takes six of them in Europe, such as Denmark, Germany, French, Italy, Austria and England, as examples to illustrate European legislative practices of online resources deposit.
